Help financing please
Hey there. I have 5 houses under contract for a total of 13 units. Three need rehab but that's nothing I'm concerned with at the time being. 500 k is the price and I only have 60 k to put down. Anyone know where I can get 10% down on commercial? I have 150 k in equity on my other commercial properties and I have access to hard money but don't want to if I don't have to.
