(Luxury) Hotel
Recently I had a talk with a relation. He has a customer and is looking for a good paying customer some luxury hotel development projects. Now is this the type of customer that pays high fees, so I jumped on to it.
Hotels are, in my opinion, one of the best real estate investments. You buy the room(s), put it in a management company and monitors the performance of the organisation.
But I’m wondering what are my fellow BiggerPockets members thinking. What are your experiences with Luxury Hotel Investment, would you invest in hotels in Europa (Benelux, Switzerland or Germany).
Do you have experience with great management companys or not? How are my fellow bigger pockets seeing luxury hotels as a investment, or any (hotel) investment in Europe?
