I know I just posted but I couldnt wait to ask these questions!! ok...

1) there was a post on apartments v.s condos but I havent seen a post yet on apartments v.s condo conversion. Which one is more lucractive? In todays market wouldnt you have to sell the condos well under m.v or do an option to? If thats the case, which strategy is more lucrative?

2) depending on the location, say near a highway i.e, wouldnt I be able to rent out the air rights of an apartment building to billboards, ads, etc?

3) Did donald make his first billions by developing distressed commercials then later selling off a percentage or am I just making that up?

4) any ideas as to how I can max my ROI besides renting out air rights on a commercial prop (apartments)?

Sorry guys but I have a sugar rush so until it dies down Ill ask the remainder of my questions.
Thanks,
