List of TIC's and DST's

Hello BiggerPockets,

I've always heard positive things about the BiggerPocket community and I wanted reach out to see if you could help point me the right direction. I appreciate any and all responses in advance.

I'm trying to find a list of active Tenant-In-Common (TIC's) and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST's) for commercial real estate. Contact information to the decision maker would be ideal but simply the TIC or DST's name would be a step in the right direction.

Has anybody heard of or been successful at obtaining the above?
