Hello BP,

Does anyone out there own or know anything about operation expenses for a Hotel? I realize the salary, maintenance, and seasonal expenses all vary depending on location, class, and number of units. Is there an average cost per unit? Is there a requirement as far as how many employees you must have (i.e. cleaning employees-room ratio)?
