I'm buying a business and I'd like to sell the property and leaseback NNN. Its a decent size deal ~$5MM with long term lease (8 cap).

 An Attorney who specializes in real estate transactions on the commercial side. Best to start talking with a commercial broker on selling the property as they will absolutely be able to point you in the right direction for an attorney.
