Alright guys I have an incredible opportunity on my first deal of wholesaling but I NEED YOUR HELP. This is a deal for a commercial lot that I can discount 20% off prices in the same area. 2.59 acres right off an interstate in Fayetteville Ar priced at $1.6 million. The seller has another offer and wants to know what would be done with property. Thank you guys!
