Hello House ,

what is the ideal interest rate on a commercial loan as at Today.?? 

What would you accept as cash on cash return on a commercial property??

That depends what you're trying to buy. If you have a NNN lease and a quality tenant with a long term your rate can be 5.75-6.25 range. If your new to the game I would recommend getting a mortgage broker to shop it around for you. I can live with 5.5 cash on cash as long as I don't have to do any work, and the exit strategy has a higher ROI.
