What does 'owner user' mean when looking at commercial properties? I am looking at some...new to it obviously...and noticed in the SALES TYPE section some say 'owner user'. Does that mean you have to be the user of it if you buy it?

Thanks

A lot of time it means that it's really non investable!  Meaning it's great for an owner, but the numbers or location (ability to lease) don't work for the average investor.
