First National Realty Partners

 First time posting. Am an aspiring investor and taking my first plunge with a CRE Deal. Has anyone heard of or invested with  First National Realty Partners? They have a very attractive offer but very little info on them except for their own published material and that too is recent, since 2021 although they claim to be in business since 2015. Their offering is straightforward syndication CRE investment with a 6%-6.5% annual cash distribution, 3-5 year hold, and a 1.6x multiple at exit. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
