Wellness Center Funding
I'm a realtor in Vero Beach FL and have been absorbing as much information as possible about STR investing. A friend of mine has a business plan to open a medical wellness center but is stumped on the sourcing the capital. It's nothing I've heard/read about so far and I'm hoping someone can point me towards information on financing a project like this. Hoping I can help him towards getting his business off the ground.
