Can anyone refer a property management company for a Retail/Medical buildings with NNN leases in Houston? Any info on how much they charge?

Companies mainly charge based on size of retail center they are managing.

There are tons of retail property management companies out there in Houston. Look at ICSC directory or Loopnet and see lots of them. Conduct your management interviews and review their agreement.
