Hi, I'm a Real Estate Investor/Developer in Central Washington State.  My focus over the past 7 years has been Industrial/Warehouses.  Currently we own 45k sq ft via 7 warehouses and 8 duplexes.  I'd love to connect with others with a similar focus to share best practices, discuss market trends, get sanity checks on new projects, etc, etc.
