I came across a commercial off-market property in Johnstown, Colorado and am trying to figure out if the numbers make sense.
Do we have anybody on this forum who might be in the commercial real estate field in Colorado and could help me out with that or does anybody know somebody they could direct me to to talk about this property and its potential?
