Looking to Expand my Commercial Lender Network - Rural Properties
Hello all!
I am a broker who has had to let more deals pass than I care to admit due to lender deeming the property locations as "rural". Another challenging lesson here is that nearly every lender has a different definition of what "rural" is. You should see the matrix I've put together for each with their criterion, it's quite something! Some are willing to work with these properties but want a maximum of 50-60LTV which just isn't feasible for most investors I come across with these deals.
If any lenders or other brokers come across this post, please reach out and let's chat. I'd love to share resources, but also want to respect each other's market share and clients. Much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!
