Hey guys, 

As we move into another month of craze, I want to ask another question. Simply put...where should I be looking for investments? Particularly in hopes of a SFR to be lived in and rented out. This residency should be medium size one-story homes with enough rooms for 2-3 couples.

You don't need to give your secrets away, but I'm willing to take any suggestions as to where people (in the U.S.) are heading to. Is it West, East, North, or South? Is it towards colder climates, warmer, moist or dry?
