Online title searches to pre-screen foreclosure auction homes?

Hey Everyone! I am wondering, if anyone has any insight on using online title search companies. I am hoping to start bidding on foreclosure properties in Florida. I have called around to SEVERAL title companies in the area and have basically been told to 'go fly a kite', everyone is so busy right now... that they do not seem interested in my business, as there are more profitable clients around. I have used the county websites to get information, and feel confident I can assess if a property has any HOA liens, Code Violations, or if Property Taxes are owed. However, I do not feel very confident in my ability to determine first/second mortgages and I am trying to find a way to have someone proficient in this review it. Forgive my ignorance and feel free to give any advice if you are familiar with title searches or buying foreclosures. Looking forward to hearing some thoughts on this!
