Salt Lake City ADU laws

Hello BP Community, 

I'm curious if anyone is familiar with the ADU or mother in-law apartment laws in Salt Lake City, UT? My husband and I are out of state investors and looking at buying a property in SLC which would have a mother in-law unit or "ADU". Is it possible to rent out both the primary house and ADU to separate long term renters?
