Keep or Sell my SFR??
I have a sfr that I can net approx $350,000 for.after realtor fees, etc. I just refinanced and rehabbed it with new flooring, paint, etc. and now owe $140,000, which leaves $210,000 invested. I think I can get approx $2000/month rent, leaving me with about $1000 after mortgage, taxes, and insurance.
So that would be $210,000 left in, which makes the $1000/month only a 6 percent return. So should I sell and put that $210,000 into something else? Am I looking at this the wrong way?
Thanks for any suggestions!
