Proof of funds… …… ……

So in order to get money for a deal you have to find a deal first and have it under contract, but in order to have a deal under contract you need proof of funds… so how do you get that proof of funds to make offers?

You want to already have the money before you approach a deal. So in the bank or in another property, or a pre-approval letter from a lender, (but they'll want you to have some $$ of your own). I don't know how you do it with no money.....
