Land purchase - Soil type
Hi,
I am planning to buy a land with soil type of LmB - Lignum silt loam. The property is in North Carolina. Can I build a house in that kind of soil? Will a house foundation be supported in such soil types? The property does not have a public septic.
Thanks!
