Help for 1031 to DST or NNN
Looking to 1031 a portfolio of properties in the next four years (over time) with the first $1M by the end of 2021. Properties are located in MO and FL. Anyone have any recommendations for a good NNN broker or RIA for DSTs to start exploring options? Moving to a retired lifestyle so looking for something more passive. Thanks!
