Cosigner on investment property
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experience with getting a cosigner (or any other alternative arrangement) for an investment property.
I currently own two properties, a condo in Denver and a house in Austin. I have excellent credit and the cash for the required 15 - 25% down on an investment property, but not the traditional W-2 income they'd be looking for at a bank right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to snag another property in Austin?
