Wholesaling& Licensed Real estate agent strategies

Hello everyone, I'm a active flip and wholesaler here in northern California. I'm currently getting licensed so I wanted to know if there's any other agents that are wholesaling or buying houses? From previous talks, as a licensed agent we have to disclose that we are agents and don't have to use a CAR form. Any advise/tips will be appreciated!
