Things to look for when buying land
I am looking to purchase land near Deep Creek Lake in Maryland to put STR's on, and I have never gone down this road before. What are some things I should be on the lookout for? An example that came to my mind was whether the land would have existing access to utilities.. but I am sure there are plenty of other things I have not considered.
