Hi yes i was wondering would it be possible to talk to a TAX PAYER/current owner of a property  on a house? because ive been looking at this property and its going into foreclosure if all taxes are not paid before 6/21/2021 and they owe 8000$ in back Taxes and it does not look like they will pay. So i was wondering is there any possible way to get into contact with the current person living in the home and offer them some cash to walk away from the home and have them put the house in my name because they are going to loose the home as is. If they were to agree? and then pay off ALL back taxes on the house in Full before it goes into forclosure on 6/21/2021 or does this sound like a bad idea? thanks,
