We are interested in investing in Nashville and in the research stage. Our goal is to find an investment property (house/condo) (max: 350K) that we can rent out to long term tenants. We'll be in Nashville mid-June and hoping to connect with a real estate agent who knows the Nashville market well, is also an investor, and can work with out of town/beginner investors.
