Looking for experienced investor in Chester County, PA
A good friend plus 3 siblings inherited a 4,000 sq/ft house on 7+ acres from deceased parents over 20 years ago. They tried to sell at first but decided to hold onto the property. Although one sibling continues to reside there, the house has not been well maintained. It was last updated in the 80's, so it will require a lot of rehab. I offered to help my friend find the best way forward in this process. I do not know the area well, as I reside in NC.
