Hello BP community - Would appreciate any turnkey recommendations for Richmond, Fredericksburg, Norfolk, or any other VA towns that can generate positive cash flow (is that even possible these days)?

I don't know of any turnkey companies in the Hampton Roads (norfolk, chesapeake, Va Beach, Portsmouth, Hampton, NN) area, but there are a few flippers who are renovating duplexs/triplexes then listing them on the MLS. As for cashflow, there is a strong investor presence here with cashflow in multiple different investment strategies (buy and hold, seciton 8, short terms rentals)
