Help! Another Wholesale Question

My end buyer wanted to use his title company to close my wholesale deal. I asked if his title company was familiar with contract assignments. He never did get back to me. At any rate, because this is my first deal, I decided not to insist that he use my title company. Now, his title company has asked this question: "Are you the agent for the seller? Do you have a commission/fees that will be charged on the HUD?"

My response was I am a wholesaler, not an agent and the HUD should convey my assignment fee.

Was this the correct response? I've yet to see an actual HUD. I have seen examples on the Internet. Where on the HUD should my fee be cited? Please advised
