Solo vs. Joint Ventures
Just out of curiosity, do you prefer doing deals alone or do you prefer joint ventures with other investors?

@Andrew Freed, I haven't done my first deal yet. My plans are to do JV first, gain the experience, then consider solo deals a few years later if it makes sense. I am confident however, in finding a solution for experienced investors that create value for them. Driving for dollars, checking in on contractors during a flip, referring other clients to them, etc.
