Need a solid lender referral in Ohio

Hello, I am currently in escrow on a package of 3 single family homes in Ohio. MY current banks and credit unions locally will not lend on this deal. Need a loan that will cover up to 80% ARV including repairs and costs of the homes. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
