House Hacking in Hudson Valley
Hi everyone,
I currently rent in Queens, NY and I'm looking to purchase a house to house hack in the Mid Hudson Valley where I can commute to NYC for work (hopefully within 1 to 1.5 hr commute). I'm looking for a multi family or a single family with mother in law suite or similar structure that can be rented conventionally or as a short term rental. I'm trying to stay relatively close to metro north since I don't drive. I'm also looking for something around 350k, is this even possible in the Mid-Hudson? I know the market is hot. I'm wondering what towns I should look into given these considerations. I would love to connect with any realtors in the area. Thanks for the feedback.
