I am newbie. I learned about biggerpockets through podcast. I am really interested in buying a property out of state, how do I find a good realtor?

@Shiela Gerasimenko Bigger Pockets is a great place to look. I am an agent in Arizona, if you are looking here I would love to help you. I know some other realtors in a few other states if you need one as well.

Experience with investors or any investing experience is always good. You want your realtor to be able to think like you.
