Baltimore MD Investments

Are there any properties that are north of Baltimore MD that are NOT being sold by Auction? I am a new investor trying to buy multifamily homes in North East Maryland or Baltimore but lenders will not service them if they are auctioned properties.. 

Or does anyone here have experience with Ashland Auction group?
