Buying from a wholesaler

In the process of buying a deal through a wholesaler - I've never purchased using a wholesaler before and I am just reading over the original purchase agreement.

In other terms and conditions it states: Buyer to pay all sellers closing costs

How do I find out the total costs involved?
Will I also need to pay realtor commission fees?

As someone who gave wholesaling a knock and really cared about the numbers, usually all fees are included in what you're already said to pay. To be safe I'd just ask the wholesaler you're working with. Hopefully, I got to you in time and I hope everything can go as smoothly as it can!
