Small Investment Property Loans
Hi there!...I’ve found a few properties between $50-$60k that have piqued my interest, but cannot find a bank willing to finance so low. Has anyone else encountered the same challenges? If not, please share experiences with financial institutions lending under $75k, as most have indicated that to be their minimum loan amount. THANKS!
