Negotiations after inspection
Seasoned investors - multi family home inspection came back with serious issues with foundation, siding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Do you allow seller to make repairs or do you go for credit?
Seller is offering to make repairs but I’m a novice investor and these issues seem like too much. I feel like walking away.

@Somdralovett two ways i only know to go about this. One you can ask for a credit toward the repairs and Two if they are willing to make the repairs ask if they can us your contractors who you would know does good work or you can walk away, which is okay as well. There will always be deals out there.
Anyways thanks for sharing your experience.
Best,
Eugene
