Help putting a deal together
New to Biggerpocket -hope someone can help me put this deal together. I have the lease to own tenant with 2500.00 down who was approved for a FHA mortgage up to 100,000K. I have a contractor and a lender for rehab. I have the resources to find the property. I need a long term hard money lender. I have 3 exit strategies. Put the house on the market as tenant occupied - sell the note after seasoned for 6-8 months - allow the tenant to purchase property as a lease option after a year. Hope someone is out the reading this. (smile)
