LLC Financing Options

Would love to get some input on great financing options that you all have used when buying a property with an LLC. Working on building our team for our first out of state properties and want to see what recommendations or success stories people have with financing properties under an LLC. Will be doing buy and hold deals, not looking for hard money or short term financing for flips/BRRRR. Specifically looking at Indiana properties if that helps!

I'm not sure if you can call it great, but I closed recently in Indiana with this lender for 5.625%/30-year fixed under my LLC name. BiggerPockets is very sensitive when it comes to lenders, so if you want the name, please PM me.
