New castle rental market

Anyone investing in the new castle Indiana market? Looking at a buy and hold duplex. Numbers look great. Trying to figure out the if investors are having issue in the area finding tenants. I’m not too familiar with the specifics of the area. Wondering if anyone has experience in this market. Any information would be helpful.
