Hi All,

I am about to have a property under contract in Huntington, WV. It is an off market property that does need some relatively minimal rehab, and since I am not in the immediate area, I am looking for some recommendations for trustworthy home inspectors and contractors. Particularly, a thorough home inspector that is familiar in dealing with out of state buyers.

After I handle the rehab, I will also need a great agent that can quickly get the property sold for me.

Any and all legal advice would also be very much appreciated as again I am not from the area and know that different regions have some funny laws out there.
