Vacation Rental in Daytona Beach FL
I've been to Daytona beach and surrounding areas a few times, and each time I would stay at an airbnb within 10 mins walk to the beach. I've always wondered how profitable a vacation rental is there. And now seriously considering buying there.
Do you own any short rentals in this area? If so can you please share your experience and numbers?

Volusia County allows you to pay your short-term rental taxes through the AirBnb website. As you mentioned about rental laws, be sure that your property is zoned for Short-Term rental.
Your profile states you are in Atlanta, so I assume that you going to be managing remotely or hiring a local manager? Do you have other short-term rental property, or will this be your first?
