Wholesale Deal Opportunity
First post so please be gentile. I have a neighbor who has a home that needs a total rehab. Mother passed away & she is executor of the estate. Floors, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, some exterior work, roof, etc. Estate sale - as she lives out of state & doesn't want to deal with the property. It could either be a SFH split level (possible 5-6 BR) or with the addition of a door in the lower level, be a STR or AB&B for the lower half of the home. Anyone if the Northern Chicago Suburbs interested in a wholesale deal? It's more than I can take on at this time for a fix & flip or BRRRR. She is getting realtor estimates tomorrow so I should have some better numbers. DM me if it sounds like something you'd be interested in.
