Wholesaling In Illinois

Current Illinois law prohibits someone like myself without a license from wholesaling more than one property in a 12mo window. Is there anyone in Illinois who has found creative ways to legally work around this requirement? Is there anyone in Illinois who has found success in wholesaling in other states?
