Avoid using realtor ?

Hello all,

Question from a first time buyer-

Really interested in what looks like a steal. It's FSBO. Not sure if I should reach out to a realtor so that the realtor can advise with price analysis or if I should just avoid realtor to "save money"? With the current climate, I can't give a professional idea of what the property should actually be going for. I don't want to just lowball and see if it takes.
