Hi folks,

Long time lurker, first time poster here on the BP forums.

I’m an investor who lives in the Traverse City, MI area and am looking to connect with all of you in this northern neck of the woods. hey

I’m actively embarking on a few exciting deals in the area, and currently am looking to gain more property history on an off-market deal. Do any of you have any resources that you like to lean on for general property information and history?
