Home inspection, sewer inspection, plumbing Greenfield IN

Hello. I am purchasing a turnkey property in Greenfield IN that was built in 1901. The property is being rehabbed and the turnkey provider is even offering a free 3rd party inspection and re-inspection when it's all completed. However, I want to do my own inspection as well. I want an extensive home inspection that includes termites, radon, lead-based paint, mold check, etc. I would also want an extensive plumbing inspection and a camera sewer inspection done. Any recommendations for trusted companies in the area would be very much appreciated. thank you
