What to do with a lead in Dayton Ohio?

So I do most of my investing in or near San Antonio Texas where I live. I just got a lead from somebody with a house Dayton Ohio. How does Other investors deal with leads that come in where they are out of the area?

Probably a lot of investors would ask you for the lead. If they are a good person then would cut you a check for a finders fee. You could always wholesale it yourself. If the house is priced fairly, there is a good demand in Dayton and can sell quickly.
