Deal Structure Advice
Hey, I need some advice on how to structure this deal. I own half a townhome and sent a mailer to the people that live in and own the other half. They want to sell but not until June of next year. The kicker is that they want $8,000 up front now so they can get a new car. How would I structure this deal? Any advice or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
